I sadly returned this necklace. I did not like the color of the chain. It has a orange tint to it. I aslo felt the pearl was oversized and would prettier if it were smaller.

United StatesThis replacement item was better quality than its original. The chain is coarser, still, than I expected. Customer service, while friendly and accommodating, is massively overwhelmed. Subsequent orders will not arrive on time or by Christmas and 2 items have broken before I finished receiving my full orders. Terribly disappointed in Susan Shaw.
