Was so excited to wear this necklace. The toggle broke while I was wearing the necklace. I reached out to customer service, shared a pic (so they could see the necklace was brand new) and they advised my only option - I could pay to ship it back, pay another $25 and they'd "repair it" for me. That's terrible customer service and experience! I'll go back to my Julie Vos necklaces that wear much better and don't break (3rd time I'm wearing it and WHILE I'm wearing it)
