LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THE PIECE ,BUT PROBABLY LOVED THE FACT THAT YOU CAN PUT THIS NECKLACE ON BY YOURSELF DUE TO THE TOGGLE. I GAVE IT TO MY SISTER AT HER 25TH ANNIVERSARY FOR BEING BREAST CANCER FREE, IT WAS A HIT! I BOUGHT THE LONGER NECKLACE AND WAS LONGER THAN I THOUGHT. HAVE TRIED TO GET IN TOUCH WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT TO NO AVAIL. IT HAS BEEN OVER 15 DAYS(WHICH SEEMS RIDICULOUS )as opposed to 30 days.
