Sometimes one needs a little extra detail to pull a look together. Just as scallops on a headboard or fabric trim give a room a subtle bit of cheer, these scalloped hoops add a festive pop to any outfit. They are fun but still refined. As usual, I am struck by how weightless these earrings are; they are an all day wear.
