Susan Shaw jewelry is triple plated with 24K gold or sterling silver. We use genuine freshwater pearls including baroque and coin.
Semi-precious gemstones including Turquoise, Lapis, Onyx, Agate, Amazonite, Labradorite, Quartz, and Sodalite are genuine.
Other materials may include shell pearls made of ground nacre, natural coral, hand-painted porcelain beads, archive-inspired coins, antique buffalo nickels, lucite and venetian glass.
Keep your pieces in premium condition by following a few simple tips. To clean jewelry, use a dry, clean cloth. Do not wear while swimming or showering. When not being worn, keep your pieces in our free keepsize pouch that comes with every piece!

I ordered several of these pieces for Easter and received them on time. I tried this bracelet on once. When I decided to try it on a second time with another bracelet, this one broke. The strand holding all the beads just broke and the beads went in all different directions. The next day I emailed them the predicament and asked what to do? I really wanted the bracelet for Easter. They were so very nice and helpful and apologetic that it had helped. I didn’t get it in time for Easter but I felt so overwhelmed because of their customer service. If only all companies operated that way! The joy of dealing with a smaller, privately owned business. Thank you, Susan Shaw.
