In the last few weeks, many of our long-time retail partners have made the difficult decision to temporarily close their doors to help slow the transmission of COVID-19. While this choice is critical to the health of our communities, we know this is having a tremendous impact on local businesses that depend on customers walking through their doors each day.

Our wholesale partners are made up of an inspiring group of small business owners. It’s their personal touch, tireless dedication and inspiring environment of loyal customers. We would not be here if it wasn’t for their continued support, which is why we feel compelled to help them in any way we can during this challenging situation.

How We're Helping Small Businesses Through COVID-19:

When you shop on our website through April 30, 2020*, you’ll have the option to support your favorite retailer that carries our line. As a part of this program, we will credit your chosen retailer for your purchase as if you had bought directly from them. It is our hope that this program will help offset the loss of in-person traffic during this time. Here’s how it works:  

  1. Shop as you normally would on our site, add items to your cart, then head to checkout.
  2. On the right of the checkout page (Desktop) or bottom of the page (Mobile) you’ll see a notes section. Enter the store namecity and state of your favorite Susan Shaw retailer that you want to support. 
  3. Finish the checkout process as usual, and you’re all set! After the program ends, we'll personally mail our retail partners a check with their total profits.


A few rules apply: 

  • The store must have purchased inventory from us in the past 6 months.
  • The store does not currently sell Susan Shaw on their own website. (We encourage you to shop their site if they do!)
  • This offer does not apply to our online sale items or using promo codes.


The timeline of this program may be extended based on government safety guidelines.
