    I loved the bracelet. It was very pretty and appears to be very well made. My only complaint is that I ordered this piece and another one (as Christmas gifts) in the month of November. Yes it was guaranteed to arrive by Christmas Day and it arrived on December 22. Needing the gift a few days before that date was very disappointing and somewhat embarrassing. I could not understand why SS customer service said they were working on orders but yet they continued to advertise, sell & guarantee by Christmas Day.
