I first became familiar with the Jerusalem Cross, while in the Holy Land and purchased a gold pendant at that time. I was really happy when I discovered that Susan Shaw had this design. I bought the small drop earrings and they are perfect, ideal for every day. Well, one was not perfect when they arrived (further validation they are handmade!) so, I called customer service. They were so gracious and I had the replacement in less than a week, beautifully packaged, no charge, no hassle. I work retail and so valued the pleasant, helpful and prompt response.
